- Intellectual Property and Ownership of POSiSales Software
POSiSales IT is a division of IMA Computer Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 12 006 014 857), that owns and retains all rights to its intellectual property in the POSiSales software. Once you purchase POSiSales software, you are licenced to use it contract-free and in perpetuity in your business.
All items we sell carry at least a 12 months warranty and are governed by Australian Consumer Law. This entitles you to replacement, repair or refund for a major equipment failure. Goods will be repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
- Payment – Personal Details, Credit card transactions & backorder charges
Contact POSiSales IT via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for support and to register a problem in order to receive phone, Facetime and email support; an RMA Number will be issued if a hardware equipment fault is diagnosed and the item needs to be returned for repair or replacement. The cheapest way of returning an item is via AUSPost to PO Box 6014, 89 Burwood Rd., Hawthorn Vic 3122. Courier deliveries of items can be made to Suite 6, Door 2, 8 Wallen Rd., Hawthorn Vic 3122. Note that In the event of the return of faulty product, shipping costs are at your expense.
- Despatch of Goods
The estimated shipment time on an order depends on availability, payment processing time, setup of the system and your data, if that is included, as well as transit time.
- International Orders
international orders are acceptable, subject to us quoting you on shipping and insurance costs, plus any applicable duties and/or taxes. The onus of returning any item and any associated costs is on the purchaser.
- Damaged Shipment
All goods received must be checked immediately upon receipt. Any damage, faults, shortages or discrepancies must be advised in writing with photos of damage to POSISales IT within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Signing a carrierʼs delivery note “unchecked” does not absolve the person receiving the goods from this condition. POSiSales IT will not replace or refund any items that have been reported damaged after this period.
- Title to Goods Despatched
All orders must be pre-paid and cleared funds. Title to purchased items as per the specified order passes from POSiSales IT / IMA Computer Co. Pty Ltd to the purchaser at the time of despatch. The Customer takes on full liability for safety and validity of the delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. POSiSales IT / IMA Computer Co. Pty Ltd will not incur any forwarding costs on shipments. POSiSales IT / IMA Computer Co. Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo, or other acts or events that is not within the reasonable control of POSiSales IT / IMA Computer Co. Pty Ltd.
- Incorrect and/or Incomplete Addresses
If an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided and the goods have been returned to us by the courier, an additional shipping fee will be charged. Once the payment has been received, the items shall be re-shipped to an updated address provided by the purchaser.
- Pricing Information & Product Availability
In 999% of cases, the POSISales IT website shows a binding quote and correct pricing. But due to fast changes in the nature of suppliers, their products and the industry, prices, product information and availability are subject to change without notice, including at time of order. We provide the very best and most accurate up-to-date information, but errors can occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you any money owing. POSiSales IT / IMA Computer Co. Pty Ltd is also unable to issue price adjustments due to a manufacturer’s price changes after the date of the original sale. If the price has to be adjusted before despatch, we will give you the option of cancelling the order.
